Resolution from a Neutral Perspective

We can investigate several kinds of managerial concerns about an employee who reports to them. These include issues relating to:


  • performance
  • capability
  • attendance
  • ill-health 
  • redundancy/re-org selection
  • working relationships
  • trust and confidence
  • transfer or severance


Investigation discussions on any of the above are usually "on the record" and are followed by an "Interim Report."

Interim Reports

The purpose of these is to set out sufficient information to enable at the manager concerned to decide whether to proceed:


  • informally
  • formally by applying the company's relevant policies and procedures
  • refer the issues to mediation 

Mediation

If an issue is referred to us for mediation, we can offer a range of formats to suit almost everyone's convenience.


These include one or more of the following:


  • face-to-face with our neutral (but not necessarily with each other)
  • phone/Skype
  • through our secure user-friendly apps which can be downloaded on any mobile device with an internet connection.
